For clarity, this policy applies to orders for single-serve teas, tea boxes, sampler sets, latte kits, boba items, gift bundles, and teaware. Normal order processing takes approximately 1–2 business days before a parcel enters transit.

As a practical matter, estimated delivery or transit is 3–5 business days after processing. This timeframe is an estimate rather than a guarantee because carrier conditions can change.

Please keep in mind that any free-shipping offer is the one shown at checkout. Customers must provide an accurate delivery address, email address, and telephone number so order and carrier notices can reach them.

To set a clear expectation, tracking details are sent when available. Tracking events may take time to appear after a carrier accepts a parcel.

For the next step, for a delay, suspected loss, delivered-but-missing parcel, or damaged shipment, contact us promptly with the order number, checkout email, tracking number when available, and photos of damage and packaging when relevant.

For clarity, delivery restrictions may apply by destination, carrier, product, or service availability. We may request additional order details before opening or continuing a carrier investigation.
